What We Do

We will create an environment to connect people from our sector and supporting services, so they can share knowledge and perspectives in ways that will improve the sustainability of the sector.

We focus our efforts to enhance members’ operational performance and the capabilities of their staff by:

Connecting our employees and appropriate supporting services, respecting Competition Law and Chatham House Rules, so we become more resilient, broaden industry knowledge, awareness of regulation and legislation is appropriately considered and opportunities are maximised

By having a diverse workforce that is committed to supporting staff aspirations and producing excellent results for customers

Working with other professional bodies to ensure that respective agendas are not replicated, sharing knowledge and perspectives so that the sustainability of the sector is enhanced and future inward investment encouraged

Our Strategy

Supporting Wellbeing amongst our member community. We have engaged Mind & Mission to support us with the delivery of the Mental Fitness Series webinars and wider resources.

Enhancing and diversifying the pipeline of Talent coming into our industry. Our partnership with The Robertson Trust ensures that our sector provides support through the mentoring of their scholars.

Collaborating with industry partners to strengthen our Operational Capability. We flex around the ever changing needs of our community working with supporting services on a variety of topics. We also have two cross-sector working groups, focused on Oversight of Supply Chains and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Volunteering to improve our environment. Our current focus is to establish ‘Clean Up’ events across Scotland.
