FRT will be hosting a small group of senior operational and legal professionals from asset/ investment managers  for an open discussion on emerging and ongoing challenges in the class action landscape. They are hoping to cover topics including claim survivability, data and documentation challenges, SEC Fair Fund filings, and when it may be appropriate to opt out and pursue direct action in the US.
