Join this practical roundtable exploring what it takes to deploy AI safely in regulated financial services. The session will focus on the policies, controls, roles, evidence, and readiness needed before AI can go live, with reference to requirements such as the EU AI Act, DORA, and FCA/PRA operational resilience. Through structured discussion, participants will help shape a draft best practice framework for deployment, including a maturity model, readiness scorecard, and priority toolkit templates. The event is designed for organisations at different stages of maturity and will provide a forum to compare approaches, identify minimum baseline controls, and share practical lessons. If time permits, the discussion will also begin to frame the governance requirements needed to keep AI safe after deployment.
