A number of initiatives have been undertaken this year with selected staff members to create agendas on topics deemed to be relevant to our membership. The output of these sessions will be used to influence the content on our website and will be shared with all staff members in the SIO community.
Broadly speaking the working groups are covering a range of topics and themes:
Networking Forum - producing a rolling programme of events - plenary, webinars, whitepapers & podcasts on the topics that you deem important. Ensuring that the following working groups output is captured and shared with you.
Operations - reviewing, sharing and collaborating on risks that cover regulation, reporting, critical functions and processes. Output will demonstrate good practice.
Process Optimisation & Data - seeking to establish synergy, standardisation, unification and simplification. Working with vendors and regulators to enhance our sectors reputation.
Skills & Talent - will identify ways that will help us to develop, retain and attract talent to our industry, ensuring that development opportunities are shared to help members staff grow.
