Mental Fitness Series - How to Manage Your Mental Fitness

Oct 22, 2020

Join our partners from Mind & Mission as they look at this important subject.

"Working on our Mental Fitness helps to prevent poor mental health. It helps us to perform better at work and, ultimately, lead happier lives."

When we have control over our mental and emotional capacity, we can overcome life’s more difficult challenges, in and out of work. This means improved concentration, focus, creativity, innovation and problem solving.

Mental Fitness starts with self-awareness.

Building greater awareness results in the development of a sense of wellbeing and happiness, valuable to each individual and invaluable to an organisation looking to sustain and improve business performance.

In this session, run in conjunction with our partners Mind & Mission, we will explore:

  • what we mean by Mental Fitness
  • the areas of Mental Fitness which may be affecting you
  • ways to manage aspects of your Mental Fitness you feel need extra attention.

The session will be run by Louise Scott and Kirsty Ritchie. Both are psychotherapists who specialise in workplace mental health and will be available at the end to answer any questions you have.

SIO Memmbers can register for the webinar by logging into the members section www.sio.org.uk , click on the Events Tab and selecting this webinar.
