Join Louise Scott from Mind and Mission on this session, which gives you the time to think and reflect upon your own mental health and wellbeing during lockdown and isolation as well as explore techniques and coping strategies.
Looking at the current environment through the mental health and wellbeing lens, you will gain awareness of changes in how you may be feeling, possible changes in your behaviour and how your physical health may be affected, looking particularly at anxiety.
Using available technology, this will be an interactive session and will include a 10 minute relaxation session (a recording of which can be made available for personal use afterwards).
