Looking After Yourself During Covid-19 and Beyond

May 01, 2020

Join Louise Scott from Mind and Mission on this session, which gives you the time to think and reflect upon your own mental health and wellbeing during lockdown and isolation as well as explore techniques and coping strategies.

Looking at the current environment through the mental health and wellbeing lens, you will gain awareness of changes in how you may be feeling, possible changes in your behaviour and how your physical health may be affected, looking particularly at anxiety.

Using available technology, this will be an interactive session and will include a 10 minute relaxation session (a recording of which can be made available for personal use afterwards).

It has never been more important to focus on your own mental health and wellbeing, so please join Louise.

The session will last approx 1.5 hours.

This session was run a few weeks ago, feedback included:

“What a great event this was!  Such a treat to proactively take some down-time to think about our own wellbeing in these incredibly challenging times”

“Reflecting on and reminding us to watch out for the signs of anxiety, along with some great exercises for breathing techniques was very welcome”
