Never before has an entire society been asked to shut down and work from home - if they can. The way we work has changed and whilst many people and teams are adapting, just as many are struggling to keep up and redefine what it all means for them.
The opportunities this presents may be difficult to see, but the possibilities that could emerge will mean we are stronger as individuals and stronger as a team.
No matter how you feel about working from home, it is at least for now, the new norm. Why not take an hour to reflect on what this means for you and your team. How do you define and create the right balance?
Understanding is a powerful process. To ensure balance you need to understand changes in your emotions, behaviours and physical health to ensure the work/life balance doesn’t become detrimental to your Mental Fitness. Imagine the difference if you could not only learn to recognise these changes in yourself, but you could also recognise changes in your colleagues and then offer them the support they need.
